We want you to love every sip, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unopened tea and unused accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages or tea tins.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our Steeped Support team with your order number and email address to start the process.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unopened tea or unused merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
