Barrel Aged Malawi Tea

Within the highlands of Malawi, Africa, lies a third-generation family-owned tea garden with an eye for quality and innovation. Their latest creation? Barrel Aged Malawi, a rich & malty black tea naturally scented over the course of several weeks in whisky barrels from a small distillery in Cape Town, South Africa. The result is an alcohol-free but still deeply aromatic blend with notes of oak, stewed red fruits, warming spices and a lingering finish of caramelized sugars that only seems to deepen as you sip. We’re thrilled to carry this limited-edition blend made in very small batches.
